Shipment of Orders

Orders will be normally be shipped within 2-5 business days after your payment has been verified with the credit card provider. For large orders, check the table below.  Sometimes shortages occur with products.  If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will make every effort to notify the customer by the next business day.  We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping changes.

Large orders for kits or products may require a lead time.  The below figures are estimates.  If something occurs out of our control which delays shipments, we will not be held responsible.  Shipping times vary depending on the destination of the products.

Handling Charges

For all orders, there is a small order handling fee of $2 added to the total.
